Most of the films shown during the Bergman Week have English subtitles, and many of the events are in English. However there are some talks and performances in Swedish only. In the program you can find information about the language of each event.
How to reach Bergmancenter: if you manage to get yourself to Sweden and then to Visby, you will have no problem finding us on Fårö!
From Visby it takes a 60 km drive north on road 148 to Fårösund and take the ferry over to Fårö. You can make that trip go by bike, car, taxi or bus 20.
To reach Visby there are flight options from major cities in Sweden and also some seasonal international flights. Check the airport’s website for information about available flights in the time of your visit: www.swedavia.com/visby.
