The model of Ingmar Bergman’s study at Hammars is made by set designer and costume designer Göran Wassberg, as part of the set design for Faithless, directed by Liv Ullmann, scripted by Ingmar Bergman. From 1986 and until his retirement, Wassberg worked at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm, where he, among other things, made set designs for Ghosts, Hamlet, Goldberg variations, Maria Stuart and Bacchae – all plays directed by Ingmar Bergman. Wassberg also collaborated with Bergman on a couple of TV productions – In the Presence of a Clown and Saraband.

Göran Wassberg has worked on more than 200 productions in theatres, operas and film companies.
